All services include a free 30-minute consultation to explore your needs and how we can support you.

End of Life Planning

$125-$200

Personalized guidance for individuals and families preparing for the end of life.
Includes:

  • Advance directive support

  • Vigil & ritual planning

  • Funeral & memorial preferences

  • Life review or legacy brainstorming

Grief & Aftercare Support

$75 – $125 per session (45–60 minutes)
Tender support in the days, weeks, and months following a loss.
Includes:

  • Emotional check-ins

  • Creative grief expression (writing, art, ritual)

  • Resource referrals (counseling, support groups)

  • Companioning through life after death

Pathway One: Planning for Peace

Advance care planning & emotional support before active decline

Includes:

  • 1 initial 90-minute consultation

  • 2 follow-up support visits (60-90 minute each)

  • Document & values clarification assistance

  • Light phone/text support

  • 2 weeks of availability after final meeting

  • Optional virtual support included

Standard Rate: $550

Supported Rate: $425

Community-Supported Rate: $250

Optional Add-Ons:

Additional Support Visits (60-90 min): $120-150

Legacy/Memory Project Assistance: $150-$450)

Caregiver Respite Support: $45/hr - $55/hr

Travel & Accessibility

Milage billed at $0.65/mile beyond first 10 miles from service location. Special materials/supplies (candles, printing, keepsake items, etc. may be billed with prior approval.)

Our service packages provide flexible, tiered options to ensure you receive the right balance of emotional, spiritual, and practical support.

Vigil & Bedside Support

$300-$600 (3 hour Minimum)

Gentle, compassionate presence during the final hours or days of life.
Includes:

  • In-person or virtual vigil support

  • Sacred space setting (candles, aromatherapy, sound)

  • Family support and emotional care

  • Optional: Guided readings, music, or rituals

Extended/overnight rates available upon request.

Workshops and events to build community and open conversations about death.

Service Package Options:

$100-$150 (60 minute session)

Help creating meaningful ways to be remembered and leave a personal legacy.
Includes:

  • Storytelling and recorded memories

  • Legacy letters or values-sharing

  • Photo memory books or art rituals

  • Ethical will or spiritual documents

Pathway Two: Vigil Presence & Transition Support

Active dying support for client & family

Includes:

  • Up to 12 hours in-person vigil presence (can be split or continuous)

  • Family education, emotional support, comfort measures

  • Ritual elements + memory honoring

  • 48-hour phone/text support following passing

  • Two brief bereavement check-ins

Standard Rate: $1,150

Supported Rate: $900

Community-Supported Rate: $500

Additional vigil hours

($65/hour (bedside presence rate)

Pathway Three: Full Care Continuum

From planning > through vigil > early bereavement

Includes everything in Pathways 1 & 2, plus:

  • Ongoing companioning throughout decline

  • Communication coordination with care team

  • 2 full bereavement visits (within first month after passing)

  • Unlimited check-ins throughout service period

Standard Rate: $2,350

Supported Rate: $1,850

Community-Supported Rate: $1,000
